Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

You don’t need to provide cleaning supplies — we bring our own products, tools, and equipment to complete the job properly.

Do I need to be home when the housekeepers arrive?

No, you do not. It doesn’t matter if you’re in need of a moving, or deep clean. Many of our customers aren’t home when we clean for them. Please be sure to leave accurate instructions so we can access your home and not waste any of your valuable cleaning time.

Is it ok if my pet is home when you clean?

Yes, absolutely. We are very pet-friendly and look forward to meeting you and your pet!

How long does it take to deep clean a house?

The time it takes to deep clean a house depends on the size and condition of your home. 

What is standard cleaning vs deep cleaning?

Here’s the difference between a regular cleaning vs deep cleaning: basic involves routine tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of the main areas of your home like kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Meanwhile, home deep cleaning services tackle deep grime and dirt, tidying up often overlooked areas.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the start of your appointment without being charged. Appointments canceled or changed less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at full price.

How should I prepare before  arrives?

Absolutely no prior prep is required. However, to help our teams clean efficiently, tidying up items like loose toys and clothing can be a big help!

We accept all major credit cards as well as Afterpay. To tip your housekeepers, you can leave cash or use the tipping link emailed to you immediately following your clean.
